BYRNE, the evolutionary watch

This GYRO DIAL complication-animation changes the appearance of the watch automatically every 24 hours or on demand. At midnight, the dial takes on a new appearance. Each watch has 4 different faces.

MOVEMENT

Automatic movement, caliber 5555, entirely manufactured, with the choice of a magic pawl for perfect watch winding. A ball-bearing-mounted inertia block. Designed, developed and manufactured in the Swiss Jura region.

DIAL

The dial gives the watch its soul. It takes 45 steps to make the complete dial. Entirely hand-finished to perfection. This involves a single stroke drawn on the dial and mobiles. All topped with rhodium-plating, decorations and super luminova.

AIGUILLES

The hand-crafted hands echo the dial with a drawn-line finish and super luminova edging.

BOITIER

The case gives the watch its identity; it's its sign of recognition. Drawing on his experience in restoring timepieces, the creator has designed a sculpted, streamlined case like the bodywork of a racing car. The bezel and sapphire green are flush with the minute track. An easy-to-handle screw-down winder. The bezel, case middle and winder are satin-finished by hand. A transparent screw-down caseback with notches for engraving serial numbers.

BRACELET

The designer wanted a watch that was very comfortable to wear, and entrusted the Manufacture Jean Rousseau with the creation of a made-to-measure bracelet, with curvex inserts, to extend the design of the case. In durable crocodile or saddle-stitched rubber.
